Individualised programs

Trained as a holistic health coach, I offer a personalised program solution. Three months, six months, once a week, once a month, we sit together and design a program that works for you. It is based on your unique life, your individual preferences, your specific intentions.

As a health coach, I don’t tell you what to do, but I support you in finding the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. I guide you in defining your priorities, help you to stay focussed and motivate you to make the changes you wish make in your life.

Whether you need a shoulder to cry on, a motivator to kick your ass or a source of inspiration to visualise your happy self, I can be it all for you.

From personal experience, I know all about how to make lifestyle changes. I support you in making yours, big or small, in a way that works for you.

Helping you find harmony and balance

We are defined by our ethnic and cultural background, our beliefs, our direct environment and many other factors. This includes the food we eat, the relationships we have, the air we breathe, the exercise we get and the list goes on. These elements feed us physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually. They need to be in harmony and this balance is different for everybody.

We can all be healthy and happy, but it is clear that different people need different types of lifestyle, different forms of physical exercise, different kinds of social interaction and different kinds of food to feed their body and soul.

I am here to help you find and create habits that are healthy for you.
