After the success of the first series, I am offering a second series of Yin Yoga workshops, two Saturdays a month at the Brew Shed in Port Elliot. In collaboration with Jane from Wildfire Organic Tea, each workshop is about doing and learning something new about yoga, drinking tea and enjoy some home-made blissballs.
Perfect for Saturday summer mornings
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. Poses, mostly seated or lying down, are held for several minutes with the objective to relax the muscles as much as possible. By holding the poses, we get into the tight connective tissues in the joints. Yin Yoga improves flexibility and helps to reduce physical and mental stress.
Each session has a different topic. Even if you have already been to a workshop with the same theme, you can be sure that there is still something new to be learned. You can pick your favourite subjects or do them all.
Learn more than just yoga poses
Combining my experience as a yoga teacher trainer and health coach, my workshops are informative and accessible to all levels. I ensure that each participant gets the individual attention they deserve and I like to share knowledge that transcends the simple instruction of yoga poses.
Each workshop concludes with blissballs and unlimited tea from Wildfire Organic Tea. The teas are hand-blended and offered by Jane and the blissballs are home-made by me and are gluten- and processed sugar-free!
Book in advance
Please book your spots in advance as number of spots is limited and we need to organise the space beforehand. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and best not to eat before the workshop. Don’t worry, the tea and blissballs will nourish your body and soul after the practice.
We promise that after each session you go home feeling warm, connected, grounded and loved.
