The first Yin Yoga Workshop had a great turn out and it was lovely to share the basics of Yin Yoga with the students from Radiance Yoga. I am looking forward to doing more workshops at this beautiful studio!
The power of Yin Yoga is gradually permeating through society. If we want health, we need mobility. To have mobility, we need strength and flexibility. Yin Yoga helps us gain flexibility in a world where much of the emphasis is on strength. Find out about this amazing yoga practice in my next Yin Yoga workshop.
This two and a half hour workshop will help you understand why this is important, how everything in your body is connected through fascia and how you can keep it healthy.
There are many more benefits to Yin Yoga aside from the physical support it provide. Essentially, we work on the more subtle energies that flow through the body, like an acupuncturist or certain massage therapists do.
This Yin Yoga workshop is suitable for all levels, even if you have never done yoga before. I will explain the basics of Yin Yoga and then guide you through a blissful 90-minute practice during which we will experience everything we talked about during the introduction.
