Yoga Retreats Myanmar with Yaisa

Yoga Retreats Myanmar

Spoil yourself with the most fabulous yoga retreat you will ever experience.

Yoga Retreats Myanmar offers a truly unique retreat experience. By the shores of the Inle Lake Canal or on the stunning Ngapali beach in Myanmar – the country formerly named Burma – we will treat you to a program of rejuvenating yoga, nutritious home-made style food, relaxing massages and cultural excursions. You will discover this exotic and intriguing country and rediscover a happier and healthier you.

Aurélie Denoueix, founder of Yoga Retreats Myanmar, is a spa specialist and ayurvedic consultant. She has developed a sensational program in a unique location for your well-being.

I will be leading the daily meditation and yoga classes. At Inle Lake in a Buddhist monastery in the mornings and in the afternoon, on the top floor of the hotel with a superb view over the mountains. At Ngapali beach, we will be outdoors overlooking the beach.

The yoga classes will be for all levels. They will take you on a journey through different styles of yoga (Vinyasa ~ Ashanga ~ Yin ~ Restorative) to relax, restore, reinvigorate and simply, enjoy your time on the mat. You will learn how to develop your own practice. The meditation classes will give you the opportunity to rest your mind and improve your ability to focus.

If you want to explore Myanmar some more after the retreat, it is possible to book journey extensions.
